shoulda known this was a fuck up from the start ;)
okay, hows this? i am reading a back issue of playboy. the one where the two chicks from survivor are in a pictorial together and i'm thinking they didn't look nearly as good on the island. it's amazing what a difference makeup and lighting does....not to mention running water, grocery stores, and air conditioning...

This is the stack next to my bed (there are other stacks -- in the bathroom, my office, the kitchen, the living room -- but apparently bleach isn't interested in those rooms...)

Clea by Lawrence Durrell
In Siberia by Colin Thubron
Children of the Alley by Naguib Mahfouz
Harry Potter and the OotP by what's her name ;)

I'm always a little intrigued finding a magasine rack in someone's bathroom. And nausiated finding a Hustler in there.

Sects, Cults and Alternative Religions (keep it as a reference next to my bed all the time)

A Clash of Thrones - George R R Martin

Just got Dawnthief (James Barclay) - hope to get stuck into that soon.

And still waiting for Kushiel's Dart (Jacqueline Carey)

Been reading some Pratchett in between (read Wee Free Men again - still brilliant) and Guards! Guards!
