What are your favorite moments of 2002?

Mine would have to be (in random order):

meeting my family in Texas .. huge highlight for me.
meeting and traveling the continent with Rob.
the birth of ku'u's daughter ... huge biggy ... I love that baby
ku'u and ahiena's wedding ...
the growth of my children in every way possible

I started OTC, got my driver's license, my GED, a piffy non-broken monitor, piffy new keyboard, and piffy new mouse. :headbang:

Eating a chiliburger in that little lunch counter cafe on the main square in Columbia, Kentucky with Na.
Q's corned beef on St Patricks.
The daily hike for bagels in Long Beach, NY back in January.
Being wink-wink style picked on by a historical recreationist actress for being a yank that was talking in terms of centigrade temps instead of farenheit with Spirit.
Parking up on a Montana hillside where the Missouri River cuts through the Rocky Mountains; just taking in the awesome scenery and clean air.
Crossing over upper Michigan with a forest on my left and a lake on my right for over 6 hours; ultimately crossing the Mackinac Bridge. Wonderful country.
I also saw this one run down farm in Iowa off of the highway that had a small cluster of delapidated buildings. The grain silo had what appeared to be at least a 50 year old mature oak growing up out of its roof. It just struck me as funny and yet very artistic in the same motion ... 2 seconds later it was out of sight as I sped by on the highway.

i can't think of much.
all the time i spent talking to my beloved ben, especially from late june to sometime in august. i havent felt so alive since.
of course, he had to go disappear. when i finally declared myself single, a low point in my 2002 had been reached.
im always so lonely. i just hope im not so alone in 2003.

and going to a friend's birthday party, where i met someone wonderful, who im now kinda feuding with.

i feel a "why-(some)-guys-suck" rant coming on!

i'll do it likely after i choke down poorly made biscuits and soup (aka "dinner"),

Yep...Indescision can diminish a person much faster than bad descision...

My second tier best of would probably have to include that Penthouse level photoshoot in my house a while back. Can't ever discount a day where 3 19 y/o babelets run naked through your house all day.
Stalking a mass Thai wedding in Central Park.
Running around an ancient lavaflow park in the middle of nowhere, Idaho.
The great Kentucky graveyard hunt.
Stalking humongous prarie dogs in Saskatchewan while on a lunch break.... in the middle of frickin' nowhere... which is pretty much all of Saskatchewan.
I recieved two well done personal letters... one from 6 time zones west.. one from 5 time zones east.

Greenie gave me a coleus and reignited my planting bug.
Choppy.
New vid card.
I went through an old jacket that I hadnt worn in 5 years and found a 20 back in late summer.

The multitude of births in the family and circle of friends
Marriage of family and friends
Watching my neice grow up....way to quickly

She was too drunk to remember any of it :lol: ;)

My highlight was the 32 hours of the most unforgettable pain that brought my daughter to me :D

Too bad the best thing which happened this year also had to be the worst thing in the end... too bad she doesn't know... or is extremely ignorant... I'll take what's behind door number two :headbang:
