Well, I sure hope it doesn't count when yer drinking!

Maybe it only counts if you REMEMBER smoking while you were drinking? 'cos I'm pretty sure I must have had smoke on Friday (I found a half smoked cigarette in my bag), but I am suffering from CRS.

Tip for the boys when you find your girlfriend smoking: Stop, allow time to cool off, apply lubricant liberally & then continue.

Yeh, I smoke. I can't quit because my husband won't quit. Hard to do it if there's someone else in the house smoking right in front of you. One of these days I'd love to quit. Expensive habit!

I smoke. I've quit now two different times for over a month. I was just getting to the point where I didn't feel all weird for not smoking when I started again. Now, if only every cig was like that first one after quitting for a month...

never have and never will my friend is 15 years old and smoke about
3-4 packs a day cant run or swim anymore and quit track and cross country. and he only does it to be cool. which it realy isnt anymore so who knows. we went o applebees with him and 4 times durring the meal he had to go outside and smoke like 2 at once. its realy bad. but as for me i have never even tried and i have had plenty of chances. sooooo gross. cigarets that is..hehehehe

i got no problem with cigar and pipe though although ive never tried.....hehehehe

Dabbled with pipes and cigars at 18-21. Never was all that consistent or serious about it. It just sorta faded off with boredom and I never went back. I guess I'm just not the addiction type.

I smoked smiggarettes for about 4 years (age 16-20 or so), but it's a filthy habit so I gave it up. Besides, I didn't even like it and I didn't smoke but a pack or two a week, so it was really pointless. Gave it up and learned how to breath easy again.

That said, I do still smoke fresh ... herb. But not smiggarettes.

hi BoP, Oz and alphatroll, glad to 'see' some friendly faces.

now that i was thinking about it, i like to roll my own ciggies.
you can buy a pack of papers, or even the filter and empty tube, a rolling machine-y thing, and about a pound (US) of tobacco and it still costs you less than a carton of the good stuff (tukrish gold 100's are about 5 or 6 bucks)

Don't smoke. Everytime someone offers me a cigarette, I say "no thanks, I'm a non-smoker". Works every time, I have not smoked a whole cigarette in my life, all puffs combined. I took a drag a few weeks ago and almost threw up.

I don't let anyone smoke in my car or house, either. Ick.


Hrm, I had something interesting to contribute to this thread. And I've forgotten it. The cat is crying in the other room for reasons only known to her ...

Ah yes, I remember ... Everytime someone asks my roommate if he smokes (he doesn't), he always replies with "only if I'm on fire". *lol* Sometimes it's funny, but it's even more funny when the other person doesn't get it.
