#5's 'coffin' jumped to mind immediately. :s Well, 'insurance' came first but was quickly erased by coffin. *lol* Am I morbid?

#10 Star? That's the only thing I can think of that sings when it dies. But green? ... Unless 'green' refers to being 'new/young' and then it might work ...

From a spatial point of view, up and down are way too ambiguous :D

Besides, water always goes down from an altitude point of view ;)

no all compasses point up to the magnetic north in canada somere in the east of canada i belive. it would point south if you were at the north pole or anywere north of canada.

It flows north. There's a difference between "north" and "up," though. The Nile still flows downhill. So does the Amazon, which flows east, instead of "to the right."
