Did any of you hear about a tropical typhoon that hit the Philippines 15 days ago? Well, the winds took my boat down and now, its in the bottom of the ocean somewhere. :(

I guess the next time I see it, it'll be with Scuba gear on and a pretty place for coral life attch itself to. :)

Insurance will cover I think... its only been two weeks so they still have to decide whether its worth salvaging. It's in about 30 meters of water.

For people who do say prayers, please do so for my favorite crew member "Rod" who lost his life in this tragedy.

Cheers.

Too cute for words
Sorry to hear about it Toolbox™. Hope everything else about the boat works out okay.

SO SORRY about Rod - that's awful.*hugs*

That little green and white boat is easily replaced, though, isn't it? Sue the people who own that big boat next to it for not tying it down properly.

Thank you for the kind words everyone. :)

Things are getting better now and there is a good chance that we will pull her up from the water and rebuild her.

She was 126 feet long and weighs 200 tons dry.
