As heard slurring out of the mouth of NC Congressman Bob Etheridge (D):

"Who are you? Who are you? Tell me who you are! I have a right to know who you are!"

The kid's question: "Do you support the 0bama admin's agenda?"

Demonrat Congressman taken down by a wimpy college kid

With those rosy cheeks I would say that he was definitely inebriated.

As I have said before, leftists believe that violence is acceptable against anyone who opposes them.

Apparently the congressman was coming from a Pelosi fundraiser and was in a bad mood. I wonder what happened there?

You can just tell by the look on his face -- in his eyes -- in that video that he was three sheets.....

he looked like he was treating the student like a 5 year old son/child or something.
Very demeaning to the young 'man'.

Some way to treat your 'employer' huh?
Typical that the elitist congress man doesn't understand the systemic workings of the American government.

Drunk or not is irrelevent. He assaulted a constituent on a public venue. Why isn't he in jail?

Fascists are lefties. The far right of the spectrum would be anarchists.

By the way, another leftist attacked a small Tea Party group the other day. They were standing there holding signs and he walked up, confronted them, and then punched one of the guys in the face.

Umh no. The far right are fascists, Nazis and their neo brethren, ultra-nationalists, religious extremists (Al quieda), and reactionaries.

Far left would be Marxism/Lenonists, Feminism, Radical greenies, and I suppose you could add anarchists, though they wouldn't thank you for the idea.

Anarchists want NO rule. Much smaller GVT than the Right espouses and much more liberty than the Left espouses.

The farthest left you can get is totalitarian control (Communism). The farthest right you can get is the total absence of control (Anarchy). They are polar opposites.

jim's inventing his own political mappings. perhaps we should all listen to him. sure, every anarchist in the history of the fucking world has been a lefty, but whatever.... let's just go with what jim thinks and ignore everything we've ever learned.

Just as soon as everybody accepts the fact that NAZI is slang for National SOCIALIST Party, we'll be on the right path.

Jim is correct. Government sponsored communism (in all its facets) is a fascist state. Fascism, in general, is for state power over individual rights...which is espoused by the right. Anarchy would be the right of an individual above all else.

Note the positions of the Communists and the Anarchists on the chart. They are not exactly juxtaposed.

Try the Political Compass Test HERE

You might surprise yourself.

Pournelle Chart

Political Compass

The Political Compass consists of two dimensions:

* The x axis is economic, from communism (or communitarianism) on the left to neo-liberalism on the right.
* The y axis is social, from authoritarianism (or fascism) on the top to libertarianism (or anarchism) on the bottom.

Communism at the upper left corner, anarchism at the lower right corner.

Now, there are varied forms of anarchism -- too many to keep track of -- so which one you adhere to will determine your belief.

okay professors. explain anarcho-syndicalism to me.

"national socialism" AKA the nazi party is an extreme RIGHT WING party, regardless of what you might want it to be. if they were lefties, why did they kill communists and socialists? why didn't they just recruit those guys? hmmm, i wonder...

and you do realize the dictatorship of the proletariat evolves into anarchy in the idealized marxian trajectory, right?
