Well, not entirely. Someone could smoke AND snipe... but I wouldnt reccomend it. Smoking the plant, usually does one of two things to people. They either eat alot, or goto sleep; both of which can be done without smoking, so I really dont see the point

I played it, and it was ok. I prefer more traditional RPGs though. Eve Online is fun, but I didnt like the fact that the game focuses on making money, not on combat or on adventuring or on building a character. It is a great game though, I hope you have alot of fun with it.
