well...good friends and a righteous sale at Kroger.

Salmon was on sale at Kroger for $2.99 a lb so I bought a side. I marinaded it in a 50/50 mixture of the maple syrup Spirit sent us and the wet Jamaican jerk rub that my Jamaican friend gave me and Rob grilled it. It's fucking outstanding!

Nope! ;)
It's a paste of scotch bonnet, herbs, and spices in oil.
We marinaded a pork loin in it yesterday morning and grilled it last night. WOW! It was spicy and soooo delicious.
