it's a free program you can download and use with a microphone, to talk to people, anywhere in the world, for better quality than a phone (they say) and it's all free.
i myself have not used it yet. this is solely because i just got my mic tonight, and so far my two friends on it have not been onine, so i have no one to talk to ...
but do any of you have it??
