Go try right now to make a local call without dialing 905. I am curious cause I thought it was all 905...

Hm calls in 905 won't go through unless you dial the full 10 digit number. Interesting, I think they will finally impement that across NANP.

Incorrect. Try that in Atlanta, and you get the dreaded 3 tones folowed by the "You're an idiot" message.
