It's not the temp. It's the temp swing. Teaching a body to accept 60c sweep in the space of a year is brutal.

In the summers here we'll get temperature swings of about 30C from day to night, if my math's right. We get highs of 100-115F and lows in the low- to mid-50s (but on days it gets to 115 the low usually doesn't dip below 60).

That cool air at night actually feels pretty good after that kind of heat in the day.
