Why do ppl always blame the parents right away???

Obviosly this boy did have some issues to do something like this, BUT, its not likely his parents had alot to do with it. There are social issues this must have had too. (sure if his parents would've made him to more social activities with friends outside the home, and not so much on his computer.) But again, we donnot know his home life, or his whole background. Anyways, thats my opinion, and I think its wrong what he did!
