i heard a lot of voices i did not recognize, a lot of contexts that were stripped out, and a lot of "ooh he said a bad word" reactions from blowhard.

it's pabulum.

if he really had a set, he would produce

• fully-annotated transcripts
• the speaker
• event/conference/meeting whatever the context. the 19th podunk dentists association meeting, for instance.
• full coverage of the same meeting for one minute before and after the excerpted comments were made.

Why? It looks like the fever is spreading among the upper echelon of our federal government and they have help with the useful idiots.
