This just in! According to the wrapper, Kisko Jumbo Mr. Freeze is PEANUT/NUT FREE!!!!!

Some people at work were having a convo the other day...apparently a lot of popsicles aren't nut free. If the product is manufactured in a plant that has nuts then it can not be considered nut free because a nut could of accidentally come in contact with the wrapper or product and that could be enough to cause a serious reaction or death in some.
