Now that Obama has decided to return to immigration, after dumping the wetbacks in favor of Obamacare & Libya (not to mention his umpteen vacations), we find a new excuse.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Immigration officials say five illegal immigrants arrested during a protest at Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels' office won't be deported.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said in a statement Wednesday that it had determined it "was not the best use of the agency's resources" to try to deport them.

Then, what exactly are their resources for?

They were at the Governors Mansion to talk to Daniels about recent state immigration policy.

yes, how very coarse. and of course, intentional.

If it makes you feel any better, I will say, Bush and co. did the same stuff.
Every pres. has since Reagan. Regan just gave um amnesty.

IMO it made Bush look even worse than Obama though, because 9/11 didn't really change it.

If enforcement is not job of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, then defund it, halt all immigration and start over with and agency that read. We can put combat troops on the border in the mean time.

Now, to be fair to ICE, they simply can't spend their resources running around & carding all the brown skinned people. I mean, c'mon, how will they find them?

a modern capitalist economy does not.....:wink2:
you really have to admire the chutzpa that "modern" thinkers have...

“We believe … a right to resist an unlawful police entry into a home is against public policy and is incompatible with modern Fourth Amendment jurisprudence,” David said.
Us old school thinkers consider it a benefit to have a strong nation to operate in, a place where we can continue to reap the benefits of making money. Silly huh?
