Miller Brewing Sold To South African Breweries

MILWAUKEE -- Miller Brewing Company has been sold, but don't look for any changes on the billboards or on the beer cans.

Miller parent company Philip Morris announced early Thursday morning that London-based South African Breweries PLC will buy Miller for $5.6 billion. Miller's corporate headquarters will stay in Milwaukee.

Nothing is American based anymore. Pftttt.
