Phase Changer (a.k.a. Vapochill)

A few hours ago I was sitting in my basement cutting holes in Blue Steel with my hacksaw. I was kind of bored, I looked up and saw the back of my moms Kenmore dehumidifier. There is a thin screen on the back, and just past that I can see something that looks like a watercooling radiator.
30 seconds later I was sitting on the floor amidst a pile of parts.

There are two radiators, connected by a thin copper pipe and cooled by a large fan. coming out of that are two thin copper pipes wrapped in insulation. They both go into a large black thing wrapped in insulation. Off to the side there are some PCBs.
Is there any way I can get this thing to cool my Dell?

I just had a funny mental image. A Dell, hooked up to a phase changer, sitting in an old AT tower.

That will probably viod my warranty...
