Shouldn't be any different than the restrictive alerts issued after 9/11. Military bases will be on high alert and port authorities will be tighter. Even civilian airliners will be under a little more of a tighter noose... but I really doubt it could get all that tighter. Its not like we seal up into a cocoon or anything.
