How exactly does this license work? You can use it on unlimited sites? Or only one?

phpBB sucks ass.

Just one site, but you can transfer it to any other site as many times as you want. e.g. domain1 didn't work out as well as you had hoped, so you shut down domain1 and transfer it to domain2. That's allowed.
