Everything fall down go boom for about 2 some odd hours. Standard server derailment or were we tinkering?

server derailment. And the host had posted that all servers were at 100% running. god they didnt even know........ :mad2:

So how did they eventually find out? zillion screeching incoming calls?

Had to have fixed itself, cause when HostCrocket knows about something, they usually give some vague description like "Slight network delay" or "Minor server malfunction" when the network is getting flooded with DoS attacks or the server is dying a horrible death.

The computer itself was up the whole time and could send emails because I got the hourly uptime notices, there was just no web server, so I'm thinking Apache crapped out.
