What's wrong with my computer's clock?

Obviously time keeps on slippin...slippin...slippin.....into the future (couldn't resist), but my computer keeps jumping hours ahead. Last check it was an hour and a half ahead and it had been about a day since I had set it. Windows time update does not seem to fix the problem. It's an Epox EP-8RDA+, and the battery is fine I think.....still the computer never gets turned off. any clues anyone?

Have you got a monitor to check you power supply voltages?
Your PSU may be spiking, or just over-volting.

Is it overclocked to an odd FSB speed? That can cause inconsistencies with the time as well.
