Where'd it go?

I noticed the color around the PayPal link changed to red. So I was searching for the thread where the colors are explained (it's where I posted my "department of OTC security threat level colors" pic) so I could remember how dire the straits are... and it's gone! I can't find it anywhere.

We made it disappear I do believe. The change in colour just happened today, we'll get something posted for y'all soon.
