Not sure how long it lasted but it was about 10pm PST(10:13 according to the screen capture properties) .,when the site wouldn't load , I went away and came back to that .It says The site "otcentral.com technical staff had been informed ,so I didn't want to keep hitting refresh and overflow your mailbox.
