Look at the top processor. Says it's an XP 1700+ based on T-bred B, same stepping as the 2800+.

According to overclockers.com, these chips are getting pretty good OCing results even for default voltages.

Should I go for it?

OK...... I got one of those CPU's. I got it from excaliberpc.com but its the same stepping.
after unlocking the upper multipliers. (cut the 3rd and 5th L3 bridges with a 9volt battery). and burning in for a week....
it is now at 2.5 gigs at 1.825v
a 1,030 MHz overclock on air! D-A-M-N that's what I call a great cpu......
after running Seti for a week or so, I bet I can lower the voltage a little...

Crap! I don't wanna know that! I haven't been overclocking lately, because excel and word don't really care much after a gig or so, but now you guys are going to have me awake at night thinking about it! Damn!
