Why can't I post?

I joined this forum mainly to post on the KOC portion of it. How do I get permission to do that. I've tryed and am not allowed. By the way, i've been looking around a bit. I think I may have found more than I signed up for.

Try reading the threads listed at the top of the KoC forum first

This one tells you you need 30 posts in order to get access there.
