WideScreen or FullScreen

a perfect murder was originally widescreen, the fullscreen is just a portion of the 16x9 version, but now i've seen some movies where it works the other way.

i've never really noticed the black borders on the widescreen versions that people seem to carp about. guess i get to lost in the movie to notice.
