I'm fairly certain that I never got this excited about a trash can before, save my KISS trashcan which burned up in the house dammit to hell.

Not really. There about an inch or so of space to allow for the lid to open...it matches the growing big chicken collection on top of the fridge :D

I'm telling you!
But let us go to someone else's house for a party and they appreciate their shit!

Without quoting verbatim from the Manly Handbook, I feel compelled to say this much about why we do that. It's called tact. They need to show their stuff off. We feel the need to at least feign interest in their stuff until we get back home where the really cool stuff is.

Just thought you'd wanna know.

We went to a dinner party at this place where they had a pantry that was turned into a wine storage room and it had a chandilier in it...Rob went on about that for days...not that that would be something we would do it just stuck with him...Hell, I'm still trying for a pot rack.

We've tossed the idea of home brewing before...but decided "Nah...maybe later".

Oh it's cool. Some friends of mine in college brewed all the time. There was a law about how much brewed beverage could be on your property, so when they wanted to try a new recipe it was free beer for all of us! They came up with some real yummy stuff.

It only really works if you ignore bottling and go straight to the keg. My uncle had 4 pressurized plastic kegs of about 5-8 gallons each. One batch sized. When you have to bottle, the effort involved per bottle of beer skyrockets and that's when it's more work than it's worth.
