    i would edit that zone to decrease the TTL to 14400 max if not 600 seconds. Also, the setting you are looking for is not in bind, it's in the httpd.conf file for the server. Check the serveralias line for that domain. -Steven

    In case there was any confusion, real clients means real clients like Sam is, Q is not a client of ours and it greatly slows down a processs when you have people who aren't clients submitting tickets for sites. The server was never down for three hours either, so please check the statistics...
