i don't know a lot about the members of the band, i just know a lot of their music, but i'm sad to hear this... he was such a big part of the band. and he composed great gig in the sky? that's one of my favorite songs ever. sucks :(

the singer says he's a famous rapper and sings in kind of a rap style, but i heard it on a rock station... it seems to be kind of genre-bending. wikipedia calls the flobots "an alternative rock/alternative hip hop group", but i can see people who like all different genres liking it. i like that...

i heard a song on the radio in the car, that was so awesome, it moved me to tears! it's by flobots, and called "handlebars". it sounds all innocent and kind of silly at first, but it ends up really deep. basically, i feel it illustrates the duality in all of us... we can create or destroy, help...

if it were me, i would not include them as part of the tree, but maybe just put a footnote somewhere mentioning them... having them be on branches. because if you put them on, then you have to put on any kids or spouses THEY may have, and then things could get out of hand. but that's just me.
