No they can't post, all permissions are denied. I guess whomever did it just made a group and dumped him there, left to me i'd have just put him in the banned group, unfortunately i can't do that in his present state cause hes not 'registered' :laugh:

Maybe toolbox or another admin moved him to that group, its not a banned list, its a spammer group :D We woulda just banned him if we did it.
