So true.. my Uncle runs a real estate agency that houses refugees, they get free vouchers.. free cleaning.. free rooms.. free everything and still leave the places like they was living in the bush. They work illegaly, pay no taxes,make high demands, drive BMWs and generally live off the fat...

Note he already installed the operating system, not on the RAID card, it could have been overlooked as it was a copy over and not reinstall. Postcode did you install the drivers and hardware within windows while on the normal controllers? If not i doubt XP will have the necessary drivers.

Didja get the drivers in? could be it just don't have the proper drivers to start, might have to redo the entire thing or try to inject the drivers in there somehow :S.

I rate this case the best i've gotten so far for looks and cooling, got one today and, 10C !! drop across the boards from a standard midi tower that the board was in before..Its solid and quiet as well.

Should work via hardware RAID, make sure XP has the drivers and whatnot, haven't played with raid in a long time.

AYHJA cores are better, the 1.4 Core is almost pure AYHJA i believe and ocs to like 1.53-1.7 in most cases. I got the batch of 1.33s today to sort some clients and all were AYHJA with the exception of 1, tested one AYHJA and it did 1.6Ghz at default, brought tears of nostalgia to my eyes :la:

I've done it before and its kept well, but it always bothered me at the back of my mind, that it'd fail sometime, i want redundancy with RAID. :D

Yea RAID 0 with no backup is dodgy, chances of failure are much greater even if its not a physical drive issue.
