My stand on P2P: If the artist allows songs to be downloaded fromt hier sites/ gives permission to hunt down thier songs, it is okay. If the album is out of print, and the artist can not make money off of it (i.e. you would have to buy it from... oh let's say Ebay or something), then its okay...
