Well, here're the things I'd get fixed on my car if I had the money: alignment A/C Pressure Test your radiator (a coolant change would be nice until your radiator craps itself) Shocks/Struts Exhaust system (patch holes or get a new muffler) coolant change (you mentioned already) brakes...

Pretty much the same here. I wish I had more time to spend with my girlfriend, but that's how it goes when you want to get a degree.
