I joined this forum mainly to post on the KOC portion of it. How do I get permission to do that. I've tryed and am not allowed. By the way, i've been looking around a bit. I think I may have found more than I signed up for.
I definately go with Medium to medium rare. Course it depends on the place I get it from. But, you definately have to have some pink. It makes it more flavorful and more tender.
