Just sickens me to think of all the childless couples out there who could provide loving, safe, sensible care and homes to a child... and then there's "mothers" like that out there without the sense, or heart, or more likely sobriety to call officials in immediately...

It begs belief!

Well, y'know ... when you send the kid out to get cigs and beer, sometimes they get sidetracked ... but they usually make their way back before the next welfare cheque.
