You pointed out the other one had been posted before. I thought "ok, i'll post something else instead". Seemed like a reasonable plan to me.

HOME INVASION ROBBERY VICTIM STRIKES BACK: The victim in a Bakersfield home invasion robbery fights back – and now one suspect is dead, one suspect is injured and the third and final suspect is in custody. Police were called to sounds of gunshots at a Kearney Hills Drive home late Monday night. Officers learned that an elderly couple at the home were being robbed when the husband opened fire and struck two of the suspects. One of the suspects was found dead in the front yard. The two other suspects are in custody, and the investigation is ongoing.
 
yeah but the not shot robber dood will do time in prison
one robber dood will spend time the prison ward of a hospital
then time in prison and the other guy is takin' a permanent dirtnap

another happy ending for a private citizen owning a firearm

Not to mention the probable lawsuit by the survivors, and the public outcry over a gun being used. ;)

You mean this is another case where an illegal
is not just another wunderful law abiding taxpaying
upstanding citizen just trying to make a better life for his family?
 
Well, I do have to give them props for their fundraiser Christmas tamales... now that's good stuff.
