A New Sensation?

What's up with McDonald's using INXS music on their commercials? I just saw a commercial introducing Mickey D's new hot fudge brownie sundae with "A New Sensation" playing in the background. While I support any new dessert in any establishment, why did INXS have to allow the ad giants from the Golden Arches to use that song?
