Appeals Court Reinstates Gun Industry Lawsuit
SAN FRANCISCO — A federal appeals court Thursday reinstated a wrongful death lawsuit against the gun industry in a decision expected to re-ignite debate over legislation immunizing gun makers from being sued for crimes committed with their products.

Its from the San Fran district court. They do this with quite regularity. Their decisions get tossed out by the supremes with equal regularity. Nothing changes except for the 100mil in public monies shifted to the pockets of the lawyers.
