Do you watch/go to any races?
F1 fan? Nascar fan? Moto GP fan? Who's your fav driver?
I'm jonesin' man. Need to see some racing. Speed is my fav TV channel.

here are the races I like to watch
F1
WRC (although hard to watch now as Speed channel no longer shows the races)
Nascar
ALMS
Moto GP

I was a huge NASCAR fan until they abandoned all tradition/history/loyalty/sensibility. With the departure of the Southern 500 came the departure of my dollars for their sport.

Still like a good dirt track though.

Never got into anything that sounds like a pissed off bumble bee driven by someone named Mario.

It's all about the mighty dollar these days.
The only problem I have with Nascar is the races are too long and the point system needs to be redone. The winner of the race should get more points, a 10 point diff between first and second is a joke. Also do away with the 5 bonus points for leading a lap. I find it stupid that a driver is rewarded for leading a lap under caution.

Never could watch Nascar. I used to road race motorcycles (not successfully or anything, but I had a good time) so that's my favorite thing to watch. WRC after that, I guess or F1. Indy cars and sports cars on a road course. Ovals and circles don't excite me much.

I agree I much prefer road course races than oval. The thing I like about Nascar is the amount of info you get about the drivers, teams....and all the pre-race shows, Kenny Wallace is a hoot! For racing websites Nascar has one of the best. Tons of info, features and other stuff.

Hey Error, were you pissed when Vickers bumped Johnson at 'Dega?

It'll be interesting to see how well Montoya does in Nascar.

I find all that shit boring as hell. I want to see a race, not a soap opera.

I'll own up to being a die-hard NASCAR fan. Fell in love with the sport in 1979 when I saw the Daytona 500 on TV.

And yes, I'm a season ticket holder at Texas Motor Speedway. Just can't give it up.
