Any tips?

So, the fan died (unbeknownst to me) on my Ti4600, and the GPU has apparently bitten the big one. Before I give it a decent burial and weep for my lost money, any ideas for resurrection I should try?

I shoulda known better than to buy a Chaintech. Never again.

Change the fan and/or underclock it is all I can think of.

HL, the only thing I can think of is to look over the caps good, and see if any
are puffed up, that might be replaced to bring it back.

EDIT: oh and HL if you can't figure it, send it to me and I'll have a look at it.

I might see if a fan replacement will do it. My concern is that the GPU is fried. All the caps look fine.

I'm not sure on those cards, but I know some won't work if you don't have a fan. (like some mobos)
If the fan is burnt so that it's not making contact all the way, it could do the same
as having it disconnected I guess.
So it would be worth a try to replace the fan I reckon.
