Mind you, I can't read the AUP right now because I don't have permission to do so, but, which part exactly did I violate when I made this joke thread: http://www.otcentral.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9264? And then Q starts off another thread, makes a few personal attacks, and that one stays open?

like, if your friend died, and you posted about it, and i started a new thread called , "my friend died " and went "just kidding ".... in the times where you are mourning the loss of your friend...

do you see how that would be kinda not good?

that's kinda what you did. not as drastic circumstances, but still pretty much the same.

I felt that under the circumstances the thread was inappropriate and not serving any good purpose, so I closed it.

It was a joke. J O K E. And yes, I'm annoyed that you closed the thread for no reason whatsoever except for being "pointless." As are half my posts. I suppose I should have started a thread like this: http://www.otcentral.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9266 which is of course not pointless at all.
