A B.C. judge has ruled the law prohibiting the possession of marijuana does not exist.

it very much looks like in january next year our laws for marajuana are going to be relaxed to the extent where, although still technically illegal, it is likely police will only act for public use.

It's legal where i live. One of the few places in the US. Only i don't smoke it. In fact last year i tossed a quarter of the stickiest bud into my burning barrel.
