The short film written & directed by filmmaker Sandy Collora titled BATMAN: DEAD END, is probably the best screen depiction of the Dark Knight ever put on the screen. I will be doing a Fan Film Spotlight of BDE in the next week, so be sure to keep an eye out for it.
The film features Batman as he has never been seen before, set in a dark dead end alley in Gotham City. The Joker has escaped from Arkham and Batman must once again bring him in - once and for all. A heated fight between the old foes is every Batman fan's wet dream, literally as the entire film takes place in the pouring rain. Unfortunately for the bat, there is something even more sinister than the Joker waiting in the alley for the dark knight detective..
