I pulled mine down from a quality index of 8 down to a 4 ... and it still made it larger. The original must be like a 2 in compression.

I use photoshop. Its got more bells and whistles than a fighter aircraft. I don't know what half of it does.

no no... I wasnt thinking of a TV card. I take pics of my tv screen directly with my digicam all of the time. I just disable the flash.
