Can't change "location"

I've been trying to change my location for a while now, after I try it will always go to an "error" page. Any ideas?

Dunno why you couldn't change it, but I fixed it. If that's not what you wanted it to say, or I don't know what province Halifax is in (wouldn't be surprised), let me know.
