The one billionth computer has been sold,
and another billion are expected to be sold over the next six years.

yes, i wonder that too, a much more accurate way of calculating the number of "sold" computers would be to count the number of CPUs sold, but then again, that'd put some error in the number: dualies, burned cpus (DK? ), computers upgrade, etc
