The funny thing is... After I widened the search pattern a bit from wherever the link took me, I found a real crop circle.

At the fifth distance out, put the curse in the upper right corner. A real crop circle will be in the middle of your screen.

I was just looking at the area around Gran's place. I don't remember the flats being quite that imposing looking.

perpendicular the the f word, it looks like it says EDDIE
IMO that other one is ho-made too. It's not as symmetrical as the good ones.
