Trademark infringement? I don't think so, Tim. As was pointed out in the thread, the drill had ORANGE parts as well as yellow and black. Methinks DeWalt squawketh too loudly.

Well, I have a DeWalt, I love it. My first reaction to the pic I would have thought it looked like a DeWalt myself, but would have made damn sure before I bid on it, so I have to think they are being a tad touchy, but they do have a name to live up to.

Hmmm... Well, I've owned B & D too, and been pretty happy with them for the most part too. In fact, I won't buy a different jigsaw other than B & D. There is something about that DeWalt that just screams quality though, I've only got the 12V, but it's never failed on me yet, and I abuse the hell out of it.
