As it was stated before HWC began the upgrade, everyone would need to reset their password.

Just tell it you lost your password and give it the email address that you were last using at hwc.

i have done, toolbox is on it, its cause my e mail was entered wrong, .net instead if .com so him or another admin can change it back to my address if possible and i shall be ok
