It seems the PayPal link at the top of the page doesn't give the option to add a note, but it does if you actually go to paypal.com and do it manually.

yes planted, i choose it for 2 reasons;
1 that he could keep them and replant them if he wanted to.
2 with mothers day its hard to get flowers.
